About Electrical Direct Store:

The Electrical Direct Store began trading in late 2013 in order to combine the knowledge and customer service formed form over 25 years in traditional electrical wholesaling with the convenience and availability of the internet platform. Our aim is to attract a wide range of consumer customers as well as electrical and building contractors.

The electrical goods were delivered on time but damaged. A full refund was quickly provided by the supplier.

Online transaction went smoothly, could have been better with informing status of delivery, was given to believe next day delivery was an option so paid extra £20 but didn't happen hence just good rather than very good so wouldn't ask for next day delivery next time. Will buy from again as heater was delivered fairly promptly considering it was a very heavy pallet item. It arrived in perfect condition and driver helped by bringing it into our flat for me, heater was easy to put together from easy to follow instructions and is working perfectly. I am a 50 year old female and was pleased that I managed to install it myself, easy as was just replacing old heater, all wiring there so was just like wiring up a plug! Price of heater was brilliant considering Dimplex models are so expensive the Elnur range does exactly the same job, ready for winter now. Thanks EDS.

One item of the order was missing. When I phoned up the person who kept answering was in the accounts department and was know help. after a few phone calls the MD phoned me and got another RCD delivered to site that day from one of his local shops.

Heaters were easy to install, but they are not as powerful as I expected. In addition the large heater makes a noise when it initially starts charging (a little annoying at midnight).

I purchased a smoke alarm which turned out to be faulty. I emailed them twice on their contact form with no response. I then tried their dedicated returns email address, This bounced!! Still awaiting a response from them three days later. Once bitten twice shy!!!

I purchased a fragile item recently (thin strip light) but despite it being well packaged was received in two pieces. Sent a photo with my complaint twice by e-mail but as yet- no response. This was about two months ago. Very poor service when things go wrong.

no one answers the phone we paid for delivery 1 to 2 day week later and its still not here not great.

I ordered 2 hand dryers and one does not work I have left messages and emailed and had no response from anyone, but you manage to keep sending me an email to ask for a review my company could have put a lot of sales in your direction this was a dummy run and failed miserably

Ordered a consumer unit for next day delivery , the next day I got an email saying it was ready for dispatch , I tried to find a number to call but couldn't , so I sent at least 3 emails saying please call me . Nothing I also emailed saying as I need this for a job tomorrow could you change delivery address please as its going to be a day late and I need it . Never had a response !!! It came too late for my job and I needed to buy another one to get the job done . No reply to emails !!! Very very poor service

Ordered item, had email to confirm purchase then a further email to confirm item had been dispatched Unfortunately a subsequent email then states that the item ordered was no longer available and could not be found, to which a further email then says that the item had been found and could be dispatched! All this after the email confining the dispatch of my item.. Total disorganisatIn and very dissatisfied
