Why am I not getting any response from customer services, My birthday gift to my daughter in law was appalling, a bunch of dead flowers and nothing like I thought I had ordered. Your reviews are just bad and I wish I had taken the time to read them before parting with my money which I have to say you haven't offered to return .I have contacted BBC watchdog hoping that they can prevent this happening to other people.

I am really worried as ordered letterbox flowers for my friend today . The photo looks beautiful but am concerned they will be delivered in an awful form they have sent an email to me but they are addressing my friend . Can’t believe it and it is a no response email so can’t question them either Wish I had read the reviews before

Nope! Sorry :( This place should be shut down! You should be worried if it's a wedding! Buy some bouquets from your local garage :)

The 2.57 5* reviews are probably from eflorist employees and family members (certainly not the general public!)

Hope you get them ,we ordered for the 28th wife's birthday ,no show ,sat in all day 29th ,arrived 5pm ,wife had already left for her work shift ,so didn't get them till 6am next day . The flowers ,look nice though , but days later 5 in fact half of them hadn't opened , total useless company

How do I get money back from this Company? The flowers that I received were dreadful. After numerous conversations and emails, as well as sending photos they will not refund my money.

I'm really worried after seeing your reviews. The flowers are for a very special person who has had a great loss and now I'm really concerned that they won't get there on the date (tomorrow) and they'll be of a poor quality. I can't even call them to ask because of what has happened. Please can you reassure me!?

Hope yours turn out okay ,never came for wife's birthday,came 5pm next day ,already gone to work , so she never saw them till the day ,looked okay but half of them hadn't opened 5 days later ,feel totally ripped off
