“Shipping is OK. Great system for EU orders for skipping import taxes. Customer support OK. A bit unclear regarding what is made of "normal" wool and what is made of merino wool. Especially when comparing the brochure that I received with the order and what is on the website. Stock is not ideal as well, would have liked to exchange my gloves from L to M, but there were none in stock. Stuck with (great) gloves that are slightly too big.”

“As a size 11 (UK) consumer, I have been frustrated for years when buying socks. I have rarely found any that serve the purpose but when I did, the company ceased manufacturing them. I wanted warm, comfortable (relatively loose) socks fit for walking boots and also capable of surviving the weekly wash without shrinkage or matting of the material. So I opted for size 12-13 UK which were a nice fit on arrival and are have survived the wash (hurrah). No longer frustrated, I will buy some more while they are available.”
