“Ordered a merino 260g half zip in Navy. Received a 200g in denim... sent an email, this was quickly answered, was told the right one would be sent out with a bag to return the wrong item.. True to their word, this was with me within 2 days... excellent service after a mistake.. Would have no problem ordering again...”

“The item that I bought was bought as a present for a relative who suffers from very cold hands. I had bought some previously for myself (merino fingerless mitts) as I too suffer from the same problem so I know that they work.
