“The insurance company have always been very helpful and clear in their actions re payment and renewal. When we needed to make a claim they were very professional and helpful - making us feel fully confident of their involvement and appreciating their attitude towards us. “I approached Edwards brokers online when searching for a favourable renewal quote for our church. Alan got in touch and was really helpful and professional. He assisted at every stage and helped us to obtain a renewal figure around £300 cheaper than with our current insurer. I would really recommend using Edwards as many of the insurers are not household names and they can really help with shopping around especially at a time when money is tight for everyone.”

“I needed insurance coverage for buying a new property. I needed it in less than 24 hours, and Alan Kafoor Cert CII did it. He informed us of the process, communicated clearly, and was very attentive, patient, very detailed, and understanding. We got our policy document in record time. I will recommend Alan Kafoor to anyone who wants a very efficient person and company. Thank you Alan for being so efficient and effective.”

“I am a Director of a Limited Company that manages a Private Road. In the course of the last 20 years we have been introduced to various Brokers and Policies by a succession of Managing Agents. This year we decided to start running things for ourselves and I was tasked with organising our Insurance. Having spent some frustrating days trying to explain what we wanted/needed to various Brokers, without making progress, imagine my delight on finding Edwards Insurance Brokers. I spoke to Sarah Edwards who immediately put me at my ease by explaining that Private Roads were a speciality for the Company. Within minutes we had discussed and agreed the need, an indicative quotation had been sent and the good news just kept on coming. The prices were very competitive, the cover is perfect and the ongoing customer service I have experienced is truly exceptional. As I wrote in my last email accepting the Quotation: - "Many thanks again for all your help in arranging this, you have been professional, responsive and enthusiastic throughout the process." Who could want for more?”

“Very poor service, initial online request for a quotation ignored. When I rang all I get is emails, no attempt at any professional 'know your customer' approach and then just given a ridiculously high premium without any attempt at a breakdown across the three distinct areas I required cover for. Needless to say I am going elsewhere.”
