“Products sent promptly as ordered. Unfortunately light fittings were wrong size and needed to be returned. Email request for return number ignored but very helpful sales dept provided same quickly by phone. Waiting for card credit. Would suggest returns label and competitive transport availability for retail customers”

“Before purchasing I sent an email enquiry about the product as I was interested in buying several items, I never did receive a reply. Once the order was placed, my ordered came very quickly.”

“The cable I ordered did not come next day as the order stated. On phoning I was told the cable was not in stock but would be restocked the next day. As the cable was urgently needed it was delivered the next day. If an item is out of stock it should be shown on the website or an email sent explaining the delay.”

“The lights I ordered arrived well packaged and on time. Unfortunately 1 was wrong colour but Edwardes replaced it and took the wrong one away within 2 days. Good service.”
