Though we are immensely sympathetic to your situation, we must point out that we only went ahead with the installation on the basis of the waiver that you signed. “The glass room that I waited about 6 months for has been nothing but a nightmare with constant leaks and slow and disinterested customer service. I would not recommend and sadly wish I had never had it installed.”

Having reviewed our records, I can see that your installation unfortunately needed to be postponed after it became apparent that planning would be required due to previous extensions.
