“I was so impressed by the care received. Car was delivered on time. A courteous drive explained the car. I felt very confident when I drove away. The car was brand new and in impeccable condition. I loved the hired car so much when mine was mended. I sold it and bought the Toyota cross like the one I hired. Thank you”

“Excellent service and amazing customer care. They systematically arranged everything and provided me with a courtesy car the same day. Everyone who was in contact was managed well and professionally. Of course, the staff who dropped/ Picked up the car was so personalised making you comfortable to understand how and what needs to be looking. “EasiDrive helped to arrange the hire car in time while my car was getting repaired. The hire car arrived on time and clean, same brand and similar type to my car so no hustle on adapting it, really appreciated it. Although the repair of my car doesn't go well as expected, might because of the communication between the garage but in terms of the hire car arrangement, it was nice.”

“Had a few problems at the start as hire car got cancelled with out me knowing then had to wait longer for another car but finally got.sorted. the car was really nice but did cost me loads more in fuel than my own car. The person who dropped it off was swaring and was more interested in his phone than showing me the car I had to ask him for the key and had to ask him if I had any paper work to sign as he was just going to walk off”

“Contacted by company to arrange delivery of hire car to home address, vehicle arrived as scheduled, simple paperwork all completed within 20 minutes. When my vehicle had been repaired contacted company to arrange collection of their vehicle. All done with no fuss. First time involved with them but all good.”

“I spoke with easidrive for a courtesy car while my 4x4 was being repaired. I explained that my vehicle was used to tow horses so I needed the towing capacity to be of similar capabilities. They went the extra mile to provide me with a vehicle that did the job I wanted so well that I went and upgraded my vehicle to the same type they'd sent me. The whole process was stress free and their staff are very easy to speak to and work with. Thanks guys”

“Excellent Customer Service, Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff! Following an accident there are lots of things to consider, how quickly can I get my car repaired, the type of courtesy car I may get to undertake my usual day to day travel needs. Easi Drive explained every step of my journey what to expect and when. Taking all the stress out of such a difficult thing to happen especially when it was not your fault.
