“I was in the store looking at wsrhammer merchandise and had a look at the magnets, at this point the pack had fallen open from customers looking previously. As I believe anyone else would do I tried to put the packaging together. Before I knew I had a sales staff screaming at me that I'm going to buy it. Half a cookie being spat at me at the same time. I tried to explain what had happened and what I was doing but before I could even talk she was screaming at me. I explained I would be happy for them to check the cctv to confirm what I had said was true. But she had no interest in hearing the truth.
Would avoid this store if you don't like karens. Truly a horrible experience.”
