“Fast delivery great price and was just what I needed a set of clutch friction plates. BMW only sell an expensive repair set there was nothing wrong with the steel plates and springs. My bike is now working fine again.”

They gave me their advice on best which product best served my needs and delivered them promptly. After fitment the “feel” and effiencency of the braking on my car is greatly improved. “Ordered front and rear motorcycle brake pads online. Everything appeared ok. I.e. no indication of stock shortfalls. After placing my order and making payment I received an email some hours later to say the front pads were out of stock and I would have to wait several weeks for a back order from the manufacturer, which is what happened. Disappointing that the online order system is not linked to stock availability.”

“I ordered new discs and pads for my VW Caddy - turned out there were 2 different sizes available and I had ordered the wrong size. EBC dealt with the exchange quickly. Very good customer service.”
