“I ordered a cake for my Son's 40th Birthday recently. Absolutely delighted with it and and the cake texture was lovely. Altogether delicious and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Well Done.”

“I love 'Eat My Photo', they never disappoint. The quality of the photo cup cakes I have ordered from them this past year have been excellent and they taste so good too. Highly recommend them and have even got friends placing orders as they've been so impressed too. Reasonably priced, quick delivery and good customer service too. Will definitely be placing future orders with them.”

“Ordered a minecraft themed large square cake for my son's 7th birthday. It arrived on the date specified, was perfectly packaged, and looked absolutely beautiful! It really was impressive looking for the party and everyone commented on how good it looked. When we cut into it, it impressed again, it was really delicious and so fresh tasting! Again, a lot of comments on the taste. Will definitely be ordering again for future events.”

“Cake was delivered two days early on a Saturday. We were away for the weekend. Left on door step! The names of the recipients were printed on cardboard with a hole for the cake. I had assumed it would be on the cake itself. I was a bit disappointed with the whole thing really, but it was fairly inexpensive and the poor photo may well have been my fault. On the plus side it was well packed. I won't however be ordering from this company again.”

“Ordered a 16th birthday cake from this company, having never used them before and going by the positive reviews. I arranged for the cake to be delivered directly to my daughters school today, so it could be presented to her in front of her class at the end of day. Considering that she started her GCSEs yesterday, I thought it would be an awesome surprise for her. I had liaised with the school, and arrangements had been made with several staff to pull this off. On the day of her birthday, I get a call from the company to say they have messed up the delivery so the wrong cake had been sent. In short, no birthday surprise. That was bad enough. But then I'm asked if I want the cake delivered the next day instead! Unsurprisingly, I said no. I mean, who would want a birthday cake the next day?! To even suggest it was a tad absurd. To top it off, I'm simply told ok- I'll refund you now. That's it, end of conversation. Let me get this straight: you totally ruin a birthday surprise, and the best you can offer is a refund? Which I'm entitled to anyway given the circumstances?! I would have thought there would be either a complimentary cake for another occasion, or at least a discount on a future purchase. I've been working in customer services for around 27 years. If I knew my actions had ruined a special occasion, I would dig as deep into the bag as possible to make it right. At best, it wins over a customer for life. At worst, it would stop me or my company from being panned in a review like this. Don't worry Eat My Photo, I'm a resilient and resourceful father. I'll find another way to mark my daughters milestone birthday.”

“Avoid this company like the plague - ordered for my sons 8th birthday party in plenty of time and the cake didn’t arrive on the day I paid for, no apology even made by the company. When it arrived the day after my sons party it was left outside in the rain on its side when my neighbour was in to take the delivery, the cake was therefore damaged, yet again no apology from the company and now they say I have to return the cake at my own inconvenience to be able to get a refund! Absolutely appalling customer service!!!”

“Colours were horrendous....a brown cow became an orange cow! The image provided was top quality amd nothing like the colours on this cake. The edges were a mess. This isnt gift quality. No box either inside....just the delivery box. Poor. Wouldnt use them again or reccomend And i cant gift this....its too bad!”

“I would highly recommend EatMyPhoto. The booking was easy, delivery was on time and the cake was delicious. The photo quality was great and the cake was in perfect condition and very fresh on delivery. The kids loved it as did the adults. Generous size cake. Great 21st cake. Thank you”

“Cake tasted great and looked great but were supposed to be chocolate lemon and vanilla. We got four chocolate and 8 vanilla which was very disappointing as the bday boys fave is vanilla”

Hi Nicole, We are sorry the birthday boy was disappointed with the cupcake assortment, the colours of the lemon and also the vanilla frosting are very similar and the lemon is only a very subtle flavour therefore is sometimes hard to distinguish between the two, despite this we are glad you enjoyed them overall and we hope he had a lovely birthday!
