“I am very pleased with my new Scooter and, the delivery driver Raul explained everything to me. Raul made everything easy for me to understand. “Very well looked after by Gavin B explain and helped a great deal. I've recently given up my car but this is a lot easer to get about. It arrived early than expected GREAT and think of all those cycle ways to explore 😁”

“I have had my mobility scooter from easy pay for just over 2 weeks, great to have my independence back again able to go out whenever I want to without relying on others to take me. Easypay were in most respects excellent, only criticism is that they seeem to have an internal communication problem, when the order was taken I was quoted 5 to 6 days delivery but on talking to the delivery people they told me that due to demand it would be at least 10 working days (which is was). surely this should have been passed on to the staff who took my order. This aside the service and advice given was really good, therefore not worth reducing my rating. Good work Easypay and thanks for everything.”

“Thank you for your speedy repairs the man who came checked everything and put right what was needed he was polite and patient and helped in anyway he could I have no complaints with this company and I tell everyone who needs little bit of help to get in touch with this company cheaper and reliable than most .. was 5* from me thank you”

“My scooter has just arrived, delivered at the time that I had been promised by two gents who were friendly and helpful they made sure I was ok on the works of this beautiful machine. David and Raul were a credit to the company, and the company have made the whole process a breeze. All the best Terry Black.”

“Andy delivered my scooter at arranged time he was very polite and extremely patient explaining every thing about the scooter he allowed me a test ride and he showed me how to park it in the charging room and put it on charge. Even though l was a car driver lm still nervous on the scooter but lm sure with practise I’ll be ok The office staff lve spoken to are all very nice as well thank you all so much for your kindness and understanding.👍🙏”

“I had my kymco agility delivered by Raul he was very polite he showed me everything about the scooter, its the best scooter I've had in regards to mileage per charge and I can go much further without having to worry .shopping basket is a very good size to ,I'm out on the scooter everyday and loving it . “My Father’s Scooter was delivered by Raul he was really lovely he explained all the functions and how it works, cleared our patio so my Father could easily manoeuvre the scooter out of our garden gate. We all thought that Raul was wonderful so a bigger thank you too him. We would highly recommend Easy Pay Mobility to everyone. It was a very easy transaction.”

“If you need a scooter look nowhere else. All the people are charming polite helpful and genuine. I have 2 scooters one I bought for me and my dog to have fun and go out all day, and a rental scooter for me to go shopping and to go out on my own. There was a little problem at first, I phoned them up and they were on to my problem immediately. Honestly wonderful there engineer Phil is funny and knows his stuff. I am impressed beyond words. 1st Class service. Perfect in every way. Thank you”
