“The process from start to finish was very good, driver was there to pick up our car when we got to Luton Airport no hanging around also when we came to pick up our car,this is the second time we have used this company would use it again,the drivers are always helpful so no problem.”

“I don't usually give tens all round but I really couldn't think of a way that this could be improved. This is very different from the type of service you see on Watchdog! I was anticipating young guys in bomber jackets who I'd be reluctant to hand my car too. What I got was friendly experienced staff who took great car to explain what they were up to and even came looking for us when we misread the directions.”

“One of the quickest drop off/collections. When arriving back at Luton I was called by the driver as he had tracked our incoming flight and he arrived back with the car a minute after we arrived back at the car park. Very efficient service although I wish it were slightly cheaper.”

“We could not have asked for better. Staff were friendly, didn't rush us and made sure we had everything before we left our keys. Upon our return the car was waiting for us as soon as we walked out the terminal. Many thanks!”

“good service. would have been 5 stars - but the car was not checked over and no damage sheet was included therefore a reduction in stars. other companies do provide car condition reports prior to collection to indicate the damage on the car. don't get me wrong the car was not damaged in any way, but the lack of reassurance that other companies give - is the only reason it gets 4 out of 5.”

“Items missing from car on my return. I have phoned to complain, but not had any response, apology or offer to replace or return missing item. Would never use them again. I thought the drivers would be trustworthy and my car and contents would be safe. Obviously not. Be very wary if using them, if you have to leave your car empty. Possibly do a video of contents & petrol/diesel and check before you sign to accept car.”

“Our flight was cancelled due to industrial action by French air traffic controllers. Easy airport parking refuse to refund me as I didn't give 48 hours notice ( which was impossible as I only found out a few hours before the flight they were cancelling it) and despite their customer services saying they would refundme when i called them. They also took 6 days, 3 emails and 4 calls before telling me they wouldn't refund me. Very disappointed. I can't recommend them at all.”

“I was surprised that no inspection of my vehicle was carried out by Easy Park staff when it was collected from me so had any damage been incurred it would have been problematic as it happened there was no damage so it wasnt an issue but i would have been happier if both parties agreed on the state of the vehicle prior to handover to protect both parties. The car was some time being delivered back to us ( around 30 mins ) for which the driver apologized and promised a 15% discount if we used Easy Park in the future . The main issue being for me the inspection prior to handover, if this is sorted in the future i would use Easy Park again”
