“I was very impresses with the service of all involved; sales, contract and office staff all pleasant, polite and efficient. I would recommend to all. And a great product.”

“From the initial survey to the end product, this company provided excellent service. The workers turned up on time and worked very hard throughout the 2 days it took to convert our 2 single garage doors into one large one. Our garage is transformed and looks as though it was always a double door garage. The guys were friendly, polite and communicated clearly. It was a pleasure to see such an experienced and professional team at work. We thoroughly recommend this company.”

“Great finish and works completed in one visit. Would have got a full 5 stars if they had cleared up the debris and screws left on my driveway and garage after leaving and not just left me to do it and risk me getting a puncture.”

Worked diligently and were tidy in their work and courteous when needed assistance with removing obstructions. Happy with the install.”

“David turned up bang on time, got straight on with the job (replacement motor) and was finished in under 2 hours. Very polite, cheerful and friendly. Indicated all the new parts and demonstrated the new motor and mechanism.”

“I rang Eastern Garage Doors after finding them on the internet. Upon purchasing a new house the electric double garage door was not fully shutting. An engineer (Austin) called me as promised and talked me through the process of fixing it. There was no charge for this despite the fact it was not their company that had fitted the door. A fantastic free gesture aimed at goodwill alone. I would not hesitate to use them myself when needing a new garage door in the future and they would be my first recommendation to anyone requiring one fitted.”

“I needed repair for a garage door lifter, if repair was possible. -- Site visit but no useful communication or discussion with Eastern. Received a 'job card' that showed high-cost replacement but when I asked for clarification, I received none. My time was wasted; Eastern's time and travel were wasted. If the company advertises repairs but only installs new equipment, that's unprofessional and it's not environmentally responsible.”
