“Ordered kitchen sink direct from website with 'knock out tap hole' service. Recieved reply quickly asking to confirm if that was what we wanted and making sure bowl/drain was correct orientation. Sink delivered a couple of days later with their own transport and very helpful driver. Excellent service.”

“As usual the cardboard packaging turned up damaged, fortunately nothing inside was damaged. The dimensions on the paperwork matched those on the internet that the order was based on, space was tight, the product is however great and well built and I'm glad I decided to go with a kitchen supplier rather than somebody else.”

We suddenly decided that we could not not reuse the old sink for our new kitchen and chose a beautiful sink from East Coast kitchens, they got it to us the next day. Sadly, there were several imperfections, I spoke to customer service and they immediately sent another out, the next day again. This one was perfect. It’s now in situ looking lovely and waiting for our worktops.”
