Chas, thank you for your review. I am very sorry you felt the couriers did not communicate the best. This suppliers uses their own driver to deliver and we do not obtain a tracking number. We do email you the day before delivery though so that you know to expert your parcel. I appreciate am all day service is not always convenient and we will take your comments on board.

“Awesome service from these guys! I needed a replacement secret drawer for my original Nobilia kitchen, that I couldn’t get anywhere with online. I found Eastcoast Kitchens had something similar and took the risk, they contacted me to confirm sizes were right and I went ahead. Item delivered within 3 days, I had to change the slides to suit- but it’s perfect fit and in my opinion much higher quality than Nobilia!! Wish I’d found them 5 years ago before I committed to this one.. that’s subsequently failing in places”

The tracking does state the item was been delivered on the 15th December?
