“Scratched bottles. Tubes were too long for this bottle - they were for the larger bottle. Plastic pump part felt flimsy. The point is that these will last and save replacement. Promoted as 'reusable spray bottle for life'. Apparent green washing: 'Plastic free' (it is not - the trigger and tube are clearly plastic.) 'Ditch plastic'... Delivery was within the 5 working days promoted. I paid £4/ bottle and £2.99 delivery.”

Hello, I am very sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately the first card got lost in post but as soon as you notified us, we sent out a replacement by first class, as you made it known to us you'd still be happy to receive it. We also apologises by email for the delay and tried to make it right with sending a replacement card as per your request. Unfortunately we are not in control of the post system but we feel we did our best to make up for it. Kind regards, Fran

“Shampoo bar is effective and works well, but the conditioner isn't good at all, doesn't really moisturise hair leaves it greasy and clumpy without being smooth and conditioned.”
