“We were impressed by the quality of the Origin Bi-Fold doors seen in the showroom and Russell was very knowledgeable about the products offered. His site visit to measure up was done promptly. Installation was done quickly and efficiently on the appointed day and we are very pleased with the results.”

“The doors themselves are very good. The builder used was also competent but extremely unreliable. Instead of the 'making good' taking one day, it took four days. He never rang on the occasions he said he would. There are so many ways of communicating now, there is no excuse, just bad manners. It does reflect on yourselves. I am now looking forward to lots of sunny days to take full advantage of the doors.”

We are glad to see you are happy with your bifold doors we supplied and fitted. I was concerned to see our builder did not communicate effectively and will raise this point at our next team meeting to ensure he understands the importance of keeping everyone informed of when he will attend no matter how busy we are.

“The quality of the doors supplied and fitted is exceptional. Very good service from start to end. I am very happy with the workmanship. The order process is very easy and can be done online from the comfort of your own home. We did visit the showroom where Martin was more than happy to tell us about the company and the type of doors they supply. Any queries were only a phone call away to the office which was good. Highly recommended”

“Lovely quality bi fold doors. Nice chaps who fitted them. Worked well and quickly and very pleasant. Registered the doors. We have a small problem with the magnetic catch but confident they will fix it.”

“yorkshire doors gave an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. No pushy sale pitch, good solid advice, as we we are doing a self build, on ringing several times they just helped about sizes and what we were aiming for, although we had no idea of when said doors would be needed they were never pushy...... Appointments were very punctual...The young gentlemen that fitted the doors were professional and friendly .......Now i have amazing doors and an experience to match...”

“I decided to visit Yorkshire Doors on the basis of the reviews I had read and I ordered the Origin bi-fold doors. I have not been disappointed. The ordering process was straightforward and the doors were installed efficiently as planned. I did have a query following the installation and this was dealt with satisfactorily. Everyone I have spoken to at Yorkshire Doors has been great and I can tell that customer care is important to them. The doors have made a huge difference as there is so much more light coming into the room and they are so easy to open. Visitors have commented on how great they look and their quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending Yorkshire Doors to anyone.”

“We have just had a Bi Fold door from Yorkshire Windows fitted in our dining room. They were very friendly and helpful from the very start, nothing was too much trouble and their service was very professional. They kept us informed of what was happening and fitted the doors on the date they quoted. We are very pleased with the doors, they make a big difference to the room and look stunning. Thank you Yorkshire Windows.”

“Excellent service from the moment we entered the showroom. Russell was very helpful from our initial interest without being pushy. once we had decided on the choice of doors and frames a survey was carried out promptly to determine sizes and fitting dates. Installation was as the agreed date and carried out by a friendly and competent professional individual. Overall we are extremely happy with both the look and quality of our new entrance doors and frames. We would recommend anyone looking for a quality product with excellent customer and fitting service to try Yorkshire Doors. You will not be disappointed.”
