“I do have problems after you have completed your yearly maintenance. I keep getting Fault Overide then Bathroom and Landing fail and even Jam Recv. Eventually the alarm to go out. Then I sometimes get Manager Reset. In the past I have phoned for you to reset, which you have kindly done and after pressing A the alarm for going out has been fine perhaps I do something wrong. I have read your booklet. Thank you”

“After having my alarm serviced it goes off randomly, I have called your offices on three occasions concerning the problem, I was fobbed off each time and still have a problem with the alarm, this problem has only occurred since having it serviced.”

I have personally spoken with you and arranged for one of our engineers to visit your home on 29/06/17 with a view to resolve the problem you are having with the alarm and to provide additional user training, including how to reset the alarm. “Our CCTV camera stopped working we need emergency call out and i called Eagle Security Solutions. The engineer came promptly and resolved the problem for us. I found the customer service very good, professional and extremely efficient. I am happy to recommend the company.”

“Why do I prefer Eagle, all their equipment is Honeywell which from my experience when I worked as an engineer they produce the best process plant control systems, so what better equipment than Honeywell to control your home security.”

“Although it is partly my fault for not persevering with the set up procedure (which I thought had been done) the system has never worked properly. In fact I never use my alarm system . . however I do intend to finally get to the bottom of how it works. After initial installation, an engineer returned as it was not functioning and seemed to fix it but after he left it reverted back to constantly giving me malfunction signals. I still do not understand the technicalities but I am sure I will have it working one day. If you have an installation, make very sure that it is functioning before the engineer leaves.”

I am sorry to hear that you have never used your alarm system since it was installed for the reasons stated by you and I wish you had reported the situation to us. Please be assured that your system comes with a minimum 12 months parts and labour warranty and we are happy to send an engineer to go through the system with you and rectify any problems at no costs to you.
