Great functionality and custom views. It is awkward setting up new individuals.

Excellent easy to use system. Very intuitive therefore introducing the system to staff has been straightforward. The system was ready for use very quickly following placing the order and a fantastic team ensured we were set up exactly according to our specific requirements. Highly recommended.

E-days replaced our paper-and-spreadsheet leave tracking and the time saved makes it good value. Support are quick and helpful, although not often needed as it's easy to use.

E-days has saved our HR dept time by moving to a self service product. The tech support team are very quick at responding to queries and always available on the phone to go through more complex queries.

Strengths: app design, great access via mobile, intuitiveness for end-users, user-friendly app, great flexibility for customization and configuration, smart approach Weaknesses Localization for supported countries - local legislative and regulation - e-days is not prepared for fast launch in some countries and customers have to work hard on adjustments/customizations and explain leg. specifics to e-days constultants (sometimes it is not possible to adjust e-days in line with local legislative and manual checks and corrections are necessary), startup approach in launch of new products - I would expect more fine tuned versions and less testing from customers.

The team are great, really helpful, knowledgeable and quick to get back in touch. The whole process has been clear and straightforward. The process has taken a few months, so build that into your planning especially if you need the a system straight away.
