“E-days is a flexible platform which manages employee absence well. It also has additional functionality beyond the definition of Absence in the area of Toil and Overtime, which has the potential to streamline these processes in the same way it has for absence. As a Client of e-days I have found the company to be flexible in their approach, open to new ideas and extremely responsive.”

“Prior to using the e-days system we kept our absence management information on spreadsheets. e-days has made our absence information much easier to manage across the teams, saving us a huge amount of administration time. The system is easy to use and maintain, you can set-up team views so that authorisers can see the information that they need to. They also have a wide range of training videos and material available for every level of user. I would definitely recommend e-days, it is an excellent system.”

“The system is easy to use, both for HR and Line Managers. Reports are able to.be generated simply so that absence issues can be identified. Able to view last year's attendance also so that any trends can be tracked.”

“Prior to getting e-days we had been using an excel spreadsheet to track holiday, so pretty much anything would have been an improvement but we have been really impressed with the functionality of e-days. It has been invaluable as we have grown in staff numbers, and has made keeping track of sickness and working out leavers entitlement hassle free. My only comment would be that an app would be preferred to make it more user friendly but I would still not hesitate to recommend it to other businesses.”
