Waited in for my parcel, found it abandoned at the bottom of my public stair. Never buzzed or let me know he couldn’t be bothered to deliver to my door. Had to ask a neighbour to retrieve as I’m in by myself with a small child.

Changed delivery to another day as wasn’t going to be home and receieved confirmation of that, but then received a text message to say my package would be delivered on the original day. Contacted customer service who told me if they couldn’t deliver on that day they would try and deliver again on the day I changed it to as the parcel was now on the road. Asked them to not leave the parcel on my doorstep which customer service said they wouldn’t do. Got a text message later in the day to say my parcel had been delivered to me even though I wasn’t home and they had just left it on the doorstep!

The driver got stuck in my front lawn and used my front door mat to get out...he didn't even asked. He put back but it's destroyed!!! I'm trying to contact DX customer services for the last 10 days...not even one single call or email from them.

Would like to give no stars, but unfortunately your not able to, Ordered a Blind on 12th March, company posted over night on the 14th March, with DX, after company chasing my blind, it arrived 5th April, lent up in front of our outside door, the door opens out wards and the blind is more than 8ft long, thankfully we were able to call a not so happy driver back to move it out the way, so we could open the door, this is the second delivery we have had from this company, the first Blind was so badly damaged by DX, the company had to send us a replacement blind, I will check in future when ordering anything else, If its DX, I won't bother, disgusting company.

I’d give zero if I could . They were supposed to be delivering my medication package yesterday . They didn’t , tracking showed it will come today . I kept an eye on tracking map and noticed it said left at back door ! I have Ring doorbell cameras and nobody came . No photo proof either so I am now with my medication . I went on chat they said I need to contact the vendor then cut me off before I could reply and the message box disappeared. I’m livid !

My parcel was due to be delivered and I kept checking on the map to see where the driver was. For over an hour the map didn't update, it was stuck at 12:37 until the window for my delivery had passed. At which point the map never showed and it simply said "We'll Deliver it Today" - they never did. At exactly midnight, the status then changed to "Item Delivered". I have since spoken to their live chat twice. The first time I waited in the queue and an agent answered the chat, however the agent never wrote a message to me. 10 minutes passed of silence. The second agent was arguably more unhelpful, they told me that they cannot provide proof of delivery due to the contractual arrangements with the sender and I would need to contact the sender to find out where my parcel it (are you kidding me?! you're the delivery company). The matter is still unresolved, there's a very expensive package somewhere but nobody knows its whereabouts.

Waited in two days in a row and still no parcel delivered. Driver said he can’t find my address but he drove right past my house. This service is the pits and they don’t care. Can’t get in touch with customer service

Useless. Tracking says it was due to be received Wednesday 3rd April. 2 days later and still no appearance. Phone number and links they provide are to "rearrange" delivery dates. Why companies like Next use clowns like this embarrassing.

Appalling. How this company is still operating is beyond me. I have had two experiences with them. Both miserable. First parcel they damaged. They didn't bother telling me that of course so I sat in waiting like a mug. Fortunately the poor seller refunded me and I hope they won't be using DX again. My heart sank when I saw that another order was due to be delivered by these incompetent clowns. Sure enough, it didn't arrive in the two hour window. Didn't arrive on the stated day. No idea where it is or when/if it will ever turn up. Nobody gets back to you when you try to contact them. Nobody answers the phone and the tracker is useless. If DPD, DHL and Evri can usually manage to get a parcel to the right address at the right time what is DX's problem? In future I will check which courier is used before ordering. If it is this joke of a company I will give it a miss.

DX Delivery / Express were supposed to deliver my parcel on Thursday. They didn't turn up, yet say they posted a calling card; not true, and make out that we weren't in. [We're a large company with a reception staff full time!]. Rebooked for the following day (05/04/24), again provided with a two hour delivery slot, but no show on the delivery driver. No explanation, again 'calling card left' (not true). You can't call them, you are permanently on hold and their 'live chat' currently has a three hour wait. Without doubt the worst courier company I've dealt with.

Absolute joke of a company, I have never had a delivery on the day they stated, I don't understand why big company's like wickes use them.... They must be cheap!!. Problem is you pay peanuts you get monkeys.

We are on 14 failed deliveries and counting. No comms from DX, zero apology and impossible to speak to anybody. The worst courier experience we have ever had. Why would you continue to deliver knowing it has failed 10 times already?? Like other people in this thread we have had the 'we tried to deliver and left a card' message, which is just not true I'm afraid. Every other courier has had no issues so no idea why DX can't get it right.

Like so many others, I waited in but no delivery came. I received a text to say I'd have to reschedule because the delivery could not be made as I was out which was not true. Also said they had left a calling card. Of course they had not. Spent a long time trying to track down a telephone number for them that isn't just an automated message that cuts me. So far I've spent nearly 20 minutes on the phone trying to get through to them. Awful service, awful customer service too.

No attempted delivery made no card received. supposed to be next day delivery. a week has passed. You cannot phone them as they never answer calls or contact them

Really disappointed with the service. It says in the link: "delivered. Signed paperwork". Nobody even came with the delivery. How can it say in the link that items were delivered and even signed for. The place of delivery is also stated in a totally different town. It is really disappointing and I hope it will be put right.

My experience was the same as countless others with DX. I had the delivery slot. I waited in, watching carefully. They didn't visit the property, they then claimed they could not access the property. Sadly for DX on this occassion, they were visiting a property that has extensive CCTV coverage with voice alerts, alerts on computers, mobile devices, and TVs within the property. There is 24 hour coverage. Getting to our front door trips 3 cameras. We never miss anyone getting to our front door. A review of the footage confirms that the AI notification did not fail and that there was no traffic on our drive for an hour before, through to an hour after our delivery slot. I watched the tracker and can see that they got fairly close around 19:56. I kept particularly vigilant personally watching the drive and surrounding area to help a driver find our property if they looked lost.
