“Excellent. Was able to find what I wanted easily. There was a discount I was able to use as well, which was made clear on every page. The item arrived really quickly-I don't actually remember seeing a dispatch email it was so fast.”

“I have had lots of items from duty free over the last 8 years and there services has always been exceptional. Unfortunately I have this year been charge the wrong amount and after emailing them twice I still have not received a refund so now left an unhappy customer. May be this review will be met with some redress”

Hi On closer inspection you were not charged the wrong amount, you simply did not put in the discount code. We cannot be held responsible for a customer's inability to enter a discount code. Disappointing that a customer feels the need to write this, but there you go. Obviously free delivery, tax free purchase and tax prepaid is not enough........

Very strange, as the customer initially said she didn't like the item and wanted to change it. When this was not possible the item suddenly became broken. Free delivery. Tax prepaid and still not good enough. There is no pleasing some people
