“A brilliant company. Ordered one day & here 2 days later & it's the baby cheetah & she's beautiful! If I hadn't dithered about I would have got her Mum but by the time I made a decision they were sold out! He who hesitates is lost!! Am so sorry this company is closing down, they are great. Customer service second to none, can't praise them enough. Thank you.”

“I have always ordered Swarovski ornaments from Duty Free Crystal and have been so impressed with the speed, efficiency and packaging of all my parcels. I am very sad that they can no longer sell Swarovski, meaning an extra 20% on the prices will decrease my ability to buy as much as I have.”
