“My recent experience with DuoBoots' return process was disappointing. Despite encountering sizing and style issues with three pairs of boots, the return process was far from smooth. The boots arrived in two separate packages, but only one return label was provided, leading to unexpected postage costs for one parcel. Despite my attempts to seek reimbursement, DuoBoots declined, citing the charge was not credited to their account. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to address customer concerns left me disillusioned. I caution potential buyers to be wary of DuoBoots' return policies and customer service. While their footwear may be stylish, their handling of returns falls short, tarnishing their reputation. In summary, my experience highlights the need for improvement in DuoBoots' customer service and return procedures.”

“Positives - Good quality - Easy exchange process. I exchanged for a size larger and it was very straight forward and didn't cost me anything. - Finally a boot that fits my calf! Negatives - Runs very small. I'm usually a EU size 40.5 - 41. The Size 42 is still too small and they don't offer any larger sizes. - Blisters! Back of the boot around the heel is very stiff and has caused bad blisters. I'm hoping this will stop once I've worn them in.”

“£5 return fee in addition to shipping costs!! I used their online videos to measure calf size in order to make sure I had the right fit, however their instruction videos didn’t help at all because when the boots arrived they didn’t fit around the calf. I’ve requested to return the boots and not only do I have to pay return shipping costs, but in addition there is a £5 handling fee!! I’ve never heard of a company charging something like this for a return- while other clothing companies make the returns process easy with Duoboots it is expensive and difficult. Will not be buying again!”

“I received my black boots yesterday one boot had a two inch white mark on it. When I reach out to the company. The response was to say it probably happened in transit. The mark did not come from transit. Boots that cost 411.00 dollars Canadian They offered 20.00 refund. I would not ever buy anything from this company again.”

“Awful. Firstly the online measuring guide is terrible and each boot comes up very large ended up needed 4 sizes below my initial size. Delivery speed super slow. Had to pay £15 to return. Had to chase my replacement half a dozen times and no apology or any customer service was given by Lee in the office. No email ever sent any time confirming boots received back and new ones on their way, sent a 3rd pair back for incorrect sizing wanting another exchange size and waited and waited. Sent an email to Lee asking where they were and at this rate winter would be over. Never responded just refunded. They pay all these social media bloggers to advertise their over priced and under quality expected products but don’t care at all about the paying customers. Please don’t part with £300 for this substandard company.”

“We ordered a pair of boots and they arrive but we they were too small, our fault. I emailed them and they could not have been more helpful and responsive to arrange for them to be returned and a new pair of a different size dispatched. It was seamless and they were excellent. You can trust her return policy and they are people that really seem to want to deliver a good service. Well done all. Dr Ian”

“The boots scuffed whilst breaking them in on carpet ! Returned to Duo as asked to by customer services , their experts put a totally wrong darker colour on them and returned to me in that state as acceptable. I have returned for a full refund and ordered from another bespoke boot company”

“Very high quality, worth every penny. I agree with previous reviewers that the insoles are not as comfortable as I would like. A stop to a drugstore solved that for only $10. Other reviewers also commented on the ankles being uncomfortable. I find that as long as I wear socks or pants that cover my ankles this is not an issue either.”

“Its so nice to be able to buy a pair of long boots that fit! I have the smallest size calf measurement so impossible to buy off the shelf. My second pair of boots from Duo and they wont be the last.”
