“**BEWARE DREAMLEASE** Dreamlease won’t honour the price they quote. (my personal experience of Dreamlease order number 139698.) March 2022 I found a deal on a Volvo on Dreamlease. I Called company price confirmed. I paid a few hundred quid to order. Finance and order forms signed and accepted, delivery date agreed. 2months after ordering I got a call from Dreamlease who said my order had been cancelled because the vehicle ‘was no longer being made due to lack of parts / chips’ I checked their website, Despite claiming the vehicle was not being made anymore they were still advertising same make, model, colour on their website at nearly twice the quoted price. They Initially denied it making all sorts of excuses it was a different car etc. they eventually admitted it was the same car but blamed Volvo for putting their prices up and they couldn't offer it at the price agreed. Their practices towards customers lack any integrity and I’ll be avoiding them.”

“Used Dream Lease very recently when another Lease company let me down at the last minute after nearly 4 months of waiting for my car to be delivered!!!!! Got in touch with them and spoke to Tom who sorted out the car I wanted quickly and efficiently and was so helpful that the whole process was the easiest ever!!!! thank you so much Tom! My car is being delivered this week so its by far the fastest and easiest Car Lease iv'e ever done would highly recommend them to anyone I will definitely use dream Lease again thanks Gill”

“Dreamlease have been amazing helping me find a new car. There was a delay from Audi due to lockdown last year but Dreamlease kept me updated the whole time and when the car could be delivered, the organised it super quickly. Thanks Dreamlease, i cant wait to get my next car from you”

“The car took 9 months to arrive. When the car did arrive no body showed me how to use it. I still don’t even have an appointment to get a charging point installed so I have to plug it in in my hall and have it hanging through my letter box. I didn’t get a registration for the vehicle until less than week before the vehicle arrived, therefor the insurance was almost double what I was previously quoted because it was so last minute. Matt was lovely and as helpful as possible. Having leased many vehicles in my time this is by far the most disorganised customer service I have ever received. Especially given the technical nature of the vehicle. I love the vehicle itself but the whole experience leading up to it was poor.”

“The service from start to finish was fantastic, Adam was very patient and always returned my call or email in a timely manner, he worked hard to get me the vehicle type I was looking for within my budget and covered all requirements. I would not hesitate to recommend Dreamlease and Adam for the service. My Car arrived yesterday and I am so pleased with it, thank you for all your help.”
