Dream 3D is a specialist retailer of desktop 3D printers and accessories from top brands such as Zortrax, Ultimaker, MakerBot and more. We specialise in the Engineering, Education and Film sectors but also cater for the Architecture, Design and Hobbyist sectors.

We understand that with this type of technology it’s great to be able to see how it works in person and discuss your requirements with an expert. That’s why we have a showroom in Surrey where you can see our range of 3D printers working for yourself. You will also be able to try out the 3D printing software, browse our collection of filaments and of course discuss 3D printing with our expert advisors.

We are much more than simply a supplier of 3D printers, we provide a full customer solution which includes meeting ongoing ownership needs such as consumables, software, training and support whilst ensuring a great customer experience at all times.

“Amazing service provided by Mark. I had an issue with a product I couldn't get support from with the manufacturer because it was discontinued so would not accept the serial number, but Mark found out the information and got the parts needed, even providing links to help install. Next day delivery and continued support even after sale. 5 star service.”

“I bought my first printer from Dream3d a long time ago, and have since bought another one, but from a different company. The reason for using a different company, was that Dream3D weren't doing resin printers then, so I had to go elsewhere. Fast forward to now, I have a fault on my Resin Printer that requires attention/advice/servicing/repairing. Not sure what at the time of writing. So I contacted the company who sold it to me, and I got a form back through the internet to fill out, with the only option was to send it back to them and purchase original packaging in order to do so. I couldn't complete the form anyway, because it wanted proof of purchase, which I no longer have. On the other hand, I contacted Dream3D, as they also sell the machine. Straight away I was given advice to not assume I knew the issue, and was offered the service of contacting the manufacturing company for me, which I accepted. About 30 mins later, I got a personal reply from the service department with advice on how to diagnose the issue, and a simple solution to fix it. Thanks Mark. It's great to see true customer service still survives in this world of corporate blandness. You've always been great at customer service, and it doesn't like you're losing your touch any time soon.
