Very unhelpful !! Apparently it’s their policy not to allow a test ride of a bike you want to buy from them !!! My advise is go somewhere that cares about customer service .👎

I am an inexperienced rider and have little knowledge of motorbikes. But after purchasing a 125cc moped from Drayton Croft with the only problems being “small scratch on the side” it has not stayed out of the garage for more than 2 weeks at a time. About 2 weeks after purchasing the second hand bike the exhaust pipe completely snapped off the bike. In 3 separate places where it was mounted the bolts seemingly sheered off. Drayton Croft was extremely unhelpful with any explanation and only offered to look at it if I payed the £100 delivery fee there. (It snapped off while I was driving slowly on a straight road) I had to get the bike fixed at my local garage, who told me it had some of the worst breaks they had ever seen on a bike (I am inexperienced so didn’t know any better) since then it has just been a series of problems needing to be sent to the garage frequently. After having trouble removing the sump plug for my first oil change, I noticed the oil filter thing was completely mangled and just mashed into where it was supposed to be. I noticed as-well shortly after purchasing that multiple screws were missing from the body of the moped that I find hard to believe fell out that quickly. Some of these problems could have been avoided if I had someone more experienced look at the bike but it gives me the impression theyre quite dishonest, not to mention rude. Extremely unimpressed with the service and bike. 0 stars. Be careful!!

I don't like to give negative feedback about businesses however after my recent experience with the owner of Drayton Croft Motorcycles Ltd in Hinckley, I believe that it's important to warn people about my experience! I had negotiated a price on a 2017 Kawasaki Z1000SX with a salesman called Ben who I could not fault on his customer service or knowledge. Several days into discussions and negotiations, I called the dealer and someone with the name of Richard answered who stated 'I don't work in sales but will help you as Ben is busy'... turned out that Richard was one of the owners. Despite me saying to Richard that I would prefer to speak to Ben, Richard insisted that I spoke to him as Ben would be busy for a long time. I informed Richard that I had negotiated a price on a motorcycle with Ben and wished to place a deposit down. Richard immediately became defensive and stated 'We don't normally give discounts so your lucky'. I laughed and thought this was his sense of humour. I then confirmed the price which had been agreed with Ben including a service and Richard stated 'That's not right' and increased the price by £300. Richard also stated 'It's a cheap bike so we won't service it and Kawasaki's service schedule is only a guide'. Richard continued to be very defensive and kept stating 'Ben would not have given you that deal, we have enough customers to sell this bike to without discounting it'. Despite me having the figures written down and asking countless times to speak to Ben who I had been negotiating with, Richard refused to put me through to him. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Richard in how I was being treated as a customer and Richard laughed and said 'Well let's leave it there then, we don't discount bikes here and are very busy'. I would never expect this level of poor customer service from a main Kawasaki dealership and do not believe that Richard is representing the brand in a good light. It was immediately apparent that Richard was not happy by the amount that Ben had reduced the motorcycle and made a very poor and frankly embarasing attempt to backtrack on price and deny the offer negotiated. Stating that a motorcycle will not be serviced to Kawasaki's reccomendstions because it is 'a cheap bike' is appalling. £8000 for a motorcycle which is over 3 years old is in my view not a cheap bike and to stated that Kawasaki's servicing schedule is 'only a guide' as a main dealership is setting a very dangerous precedence. Not what I expect from a Kawasaki main dealer!

went in to purchase a new Kawasaki 125, the attitude and poor sales tactics resulted in trying to sell me a new bigger kawasaki then a second hand honda 125, then running into the rear office to check prices, it really was terrible sales pressure despite me being clear about the bike i wanted to buy new there and then. they have a terrible local reputation. beware!.

Bike went in for repair and came out with a scratch and chip out of tank , I was told it was done by myself because it was a year old with 280 miles on the clock ! Surely an argument for a bike that’s ten years old with 28,000 miles on the clock . When I popped in on one occasion whilst my bike was being repaired one of the young mechanics was resting the metal clip on a clipboard on another bike ! Previously purchased two new bikes (zx6r and z1000sx) from themselves. They will never have my custom again

Had to chase the staff. Would not accept credit card payment as they did not have the ability to process more than £500. They should embrace modern technology and payment methods. A poor experience.

The staff at this dealership couldn't have been more helpful. Friendly and efficient and they are competitively priced in selling motorcycles - couldn't ask for better service.
