“This DPF SPECIALIST is rubbish I paid £364 to clean my clogged DPF FILTER, their service is not good my experience with this company is rubbish . They can't reset my dashboard error light. The engineer suggested that I take it to the Toyota Dealer because they don't have the ability to reset the fault. I went to Toyota to reset the dashboard light DPF fault I paid £144. Don't trust this DPF SPECIALIST, it's a waste of money, this company is garbage.”

“I urge caution to anyone considering this company's services. My recent experience with them, despite paying a premium, was deeply unsatisfactory. The lack of attention to crucial details I provided and the failure to address issues under warranty have been major disappointments. I feel misled by their promises and left with unresolved problems, despite the high cost. This experience has raised serious doubts about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would advise others to think twice before using their services based on my experience.”

“Poor service, massively over priced and have ripped me off twice now have my van in a garage due to there lack of knowledge and care and charged me more than twice what it should cost, Charged £1000 for New filter 2 years later needed cleaning and charged £400 then for it to break down 5 minutes into running with no further help trying to blame glow plugs now in a garage awaiting further repairs utterly useless company DO NOT USE”

“I DON’T recommend this company at all. This is without doubt the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. They lie constantly and fob you off with excuse after excuse. They have left me with nothing and wouldn’t give back the so called call out fee for ten minutes work. I’ve been off (self employed) for two weeks waiting for this so called company to turn up and repair my vehicle. Excuse after excuse after excuse. As a self employed taxi driver this company has practically ruined me. If you have money and time to throw away then this company is for you. I recommend you do not touch it with a bar pole!”

“No stars at all, charge 120£ just for coming and telling me that I got issues with DPF ,I already knew it,I called DPF specialist as I knew already I got issues,they said they can't clean, 120£ for nothing, do not bother, go to local Halford centre it will be 50£ for diagnostic, scammers”

“Engineer came out to my vehicle and unfortunately it wasn't a DPF problem, it was actually my turbo. They advised me to come down to the workshop, I thought this was so handy! DPF SPECIALISTS can do so much more than just clean a DPF.”
