"I was expecting a package today (I was at home all day).\r\n\r\nDPD's tracking tells me it was delivered, and \"received by Keren\" (my name is Karen; I don't know anyone called Keren). It showed a picture of a doorstep that I don't recognise, with a package in front of a closed door. And that's supposed to be proof of delivery??\r\n\r\nNo card was left in the mailbox, so the tracking message is implying that it was delivered to me, at my address. But it wasn't.\r\n\r\nThe upshot is I have no idea where my package is. It could be absolutely anywhere.\r\n\r\nAs it's now Saturday (early) evening, I can't speak to anyone at Customer Service. The chatbot is worse than useless, failing to understand the problem and sending me around in endless circles, constantly referring me back to the tracking page (the same tracking page which insists my package was delivered)!\r\n\r\nI will now have to spend a huge amount of time chasing this up, as soon as the phonelines are open. This is absolutely appalling, and DPD should be ashamed of themselves for running such a disgraceful \"service.\""

"Man come to my house threw a box on the floor and said put your Dyson in that. It wouldn't fit then he said if it doesn't then he's leaving. I had to take the Dyson apart. Then he put load of stickers on the box then tried to had me the rubbish saying \"Put that in a bin\". I said it's your rubbish not mine. He then stormed off and as he drove off and threw the rubbish outside my house."

The guy knocks the door and my autistic son spoke to him through the window, as you can see in the ring door bell camera footage, unfortunately my son had forgotten the information and though he was homeless and offered him an apple instead. However, on the way up the drive he looks at the parcel as well.\r\n\r\n00417448279, 11th April, We again had used your app and safe space, we left an additional note in our window which he read as you can see in the picture... however, HE STILL left it!!\r\n\r\n I have called up this number 0121 275 0500 and you are hoping this these staff could be better and help, but no, you are wrong! They keep sending me back to Curry's and wasting my time to fix YOUR mistakes. One minute they tell you they cannot see the safe space area to check if you have done it, and then the next call they are saying we can see there you have not put a safe space provided even though we have confirmation."

"I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by DPD UK. Today, I received a parcel that was supposed to contain 9kg of dry foods worth nearly \u00a3100. However, when I received, it had been tampered with and contained only a Hay Bag weighing around 3kg. This parcel was dropped off at the Crewe drop-off centre (Unit 1, The Gateway, Beswick Drive, CW1 5NP) by my brother last Friday. I paid nearly \u00a313 for this service on Friday night, and it is unacceptable that I received the wrong items. The lack of accountability and professionalism from DPD is deeply disappointing. Additionally, the customer care representatives were unhelpful and unfriendly, adding to my frustration. This experience has left me feeling incredibly let down and I cannot trust DPD to handle my deliveries in the future."
