“Have been using Doxdirect for 3 years to publish guest itineraries. Printing service has always been fast and reliable for the various volumes we demand. We had a slight issue with a previous run, it was the resolved the same day we received the publications - and resent to arrive the following day. Nice rectification. Louise and Laurie are always helpful.”

“Had a great experience with Doxdirect! After I initially made a mistake with my artwork, they kindly rectified the problem and reprinted for me. Louise is so helpful and guided me through the correct artwork process and I’ll definitely be using them again for future prints!”

“There was a slight misunderstanding with my order. Louise from customer services was very prompt in replying to me and offered to reprint for free. “I have been using doxdirect for my business printing for around a year now and have always received excellent service and products from them. Unfortunately I had an issue with an order which was due to an incorrect file I sent to them. After a brilliant service response from Louise Gipps they are resending my order at no extra cost. “The guys are super helpful, in fact they couldn't be more helpful. When I had issues with the postman/courier not leaving the packages where they had been asked to. Doxdirect simply re-printed and sent out a new batch, free of charge. They offer a speedy and economical service, with a great communication.”
