“This is my first experience with renting from DVR - for me it worked really well. The place was within walking distance of my home and everything was in place when I arrived. The car was clean and not too difficult to learn the controls and very economical to run, which really impressed me. The man in the office was professional and courteous and very helpful. My only complaint is that the £200 deposit was actually taken and has resulted in me having to wait 4 weeks for the money to be refunded into my account. This is because of the timing on my credit card, I would have preferred the £200 to be held. Apart from that I would definately use DVR again.”

“First class, prompt and polite service from Andy the branch manager, as in previous occasions. Easy collection from the upgraded facility, easy out of hours return. Nice clean Luton van. Definitely my go to place for local vehicle hire.”

“Simple quick and easy. Vehicle was almost new and no problems. The only slight downside was no car parking for my vehicle but there was ample road parking nearby.”
