“DVR usually always deliver on their rentals. However this time around, the vehicle supplied was not up to their usual standard. By this, I mean that there was an unusually high degree of damage on the vehicle ranging from external trims missing to multiple dents and abrasions. As a business user, this was disappointing as it reflects upon us visiting suppliers.”

“As usual excellent service. The cost has jumped so would make me think twice. Younger guy in the Bridport office brilliant as usual. The older guy equally good but grumpy !”

“I was immensely grateful to Dorset Vehicle Hire for providing me with a van at very short notice after Enterprise let me down with 30minutes notice that the van I had booked was not available! The process was clear and straightforward and I was shown the controls of the van clearly as well. Returning it was straightforward too. I would happily recommend this company.”

“Pick up was quick and easy. Not time consuming. Van was clean and tidy and all dents and scratches were shown to me prior to taking it out, or if I did notice one it was noted down. Key drop off could be more reliable with putting keys through a letterbox but all in all will use again.”

“Always receive a great service at DVR. But on this occasion the service was slightly let down by the fact that the interior was not cleaned thoroughly. The rear passenger door pocket had obviously had ice cream or similar spilt. It was missed and was embarrassing when I collected relatives to see the mess. In these days of post covid, I would expect a higher level of cleanliness. It was obviously just an oversight on the cleaning team but needs highlighting. But the car was superb as usual in its performance.”

“The vehicle was satisfactory for getting around. I found the gear change rather clunky. Just not smooth in its changing up and down.”

“Site easy to find, staff friendly. Vehicles worked well. Just remember that you need to be dropped off or park in public car parking nearby as no space on site to leave your car.”
