I bought a coat, the coat is lovely but it's way to big l could fit in it twice, shame cos it was in the sale.

Poor return policy - think twice before you making an order! I’m an overseas customer from HK who followed their shipping label to courier my return parcel. However the return labels generated by DP website was wrong and hence my parcel was never delivered and got cancelled by the courier company (while my courier fee was paid). DP customer service team Zyra, Florelyn M. Declined my return request as they said it’s over 28 days now and according to the refund policy they can’t do it for me. But the thing is if the DP website gave the address correctly I’d have couriered the return parcel successfully, within the said given 28 days. Very disappointed on how rigid the CS team. They can’t own up to the errors they have made and shift the accountability to me. Now I have to bear the unsuccessful return cost and courier fee of over 200 Pounds which is ridiculous and so unfair.

Paid for one years delivery and free returns. Ordered trousers, very thin material so had to return. I was charged for delivery and the return. I have emailed 5 times to date no reply. They have no telephone number. I am a good customer so very disappointed.

I find this shocking that the company like Dorothy Perkins cannot get the simple order right. I received a paid of jeans for the 4th time (!!!) and it is still incorrect. I ordered Maternity Over Bump Ellis Jeans and keep getting Maternity Over Bump Bootcut Ellis Jeans! Those products have the same barcodes so no wonder Warehouse Team cannot pick and dispatch the correct items. I will be returning it for a full refund and will ensure everyone i know is aware of the appalling service I received. Customer Service Team is polite and helpful, but the fact the Team cannot get my simple order right is awful.

If zero was an option!!! I will never shop online here again.!items never turned. Said my order wasn’t on their system so it was my problem. Lots of chasing, proof of payment, peruses accounts will take upto 5 days to resolve with me and every few weeks I email for an update and it goes round again please wait 5 days. It’s been since end of Nov and we are in Feb. They have my money, I just want it back and they’ve made it impossible to get back! THIEVES.

Would give 0 stars if possible! This company is a disgrace! Next day delivery means 2 weeks delivery or no delivery at all! Customer service are rude and incompetent! Wrong items being sent out, not offering a replacement but being patronised by being told my local asda is 24 hours (which it isn’t !) and I can return anytime! Closing my account with this unprofessional company! Shame how these retailers don’t seem to understand that they are only in business due to customers, without us there would be no DP!

I returned 2 items in the same parcel 3 months ago, one was refunded and despite constant promises of the money being refunded on the second item, it has still not been 3 months later. It’s such a shame as I loved their clothes but will not be shopping with them again after this horrendous customer service.

I was really annoyed at delivery and refunds pricing. 3.99 delivery and 1.99 return. I lost nearly 6 pound on an item that wasn't suitable. To me that is a lot of money for nothing. I will not be ordering from Dorothy perkins again

Shocking! Ordered 3 jumpers online,they were massively oversized (DP fault) and I had to pay 1.99 to return! Never use them again!

please do not order from this site. i wish I had read the reviews but just presumed it was the same dorothy perkins I had always shopped at. There is no one to contact regarding your order. You do not receive your refund. A very costly lesson learnt. Judging by all the reviews with similar complaints I have little faith of a refund.

Terrible - Spent over an hour trying to place an order with this company. Still can't get them to communicate with my bank. I shall cancel the order before anything worse happens. Bad Omen - I take the warning signs and walk away now!!

Firstly my order was delivered to the wrong address because the address was cut off where the house number was. So had to chase this up with the post office. I sent for 4 items, returned 3 and only got a refund for 2. I have E mailed but have had no response. Very poor service, to say I’m disappointed is an under statement. No phone numbers for customer service which is very poor.

My order for next day delivery has not turned up ??? Just checked tracking history, which states order despatched, 2 mins later it states order on its way back to sender ??? Wish I’d read reviews before I purchased and paid for anything !!! Will never order again 🤬

I. Purchased as a ‘guest’ and paid in full upfront . When I came to return the lot .. I IMPOSSIBLE.. as. NO account can’t login to web site , tried email still waiting for response ,messaged in messenger …..got one reply .. did t help . Next day ( today) got sent a link to print a label . It WONT WORKit does. It recognise my email or order number !!! Spent nearly TWO hours trying to get someone to have the courtesy to answer me ..NOTHING.. . Can’t log in no account can’t return .. no account .. DONT ever buy from them as a guest .
