My order came wrong but was easy and quickly replaced which makes it an exellent service. The replaced item was delivered next day.

POOR - BUT I HAVE NOT REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS. TO BE FAIR WHEN I E-MAILED ABOUT PROBLEM DOORFIT THANKED ME FOR ALERTING THEM. I PAID RATHER A LOT FOR A DOORBELL PUSH - CHEAPER ON SOME OTHER SITES. CLEARLY STATED ILLUMINATED BUT ON ARRIVAL IT WAS NOT (SO i MAY AS WELL HAVE SAVED AND GOT A NON-LIT VERSION). THE BUBBLE PACK HAD A LABEL SAYING ILLUMINATED, SO MAY BE SUPPLIER AT FAULT. WHEN I INSTALLED THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS AND THE CONTACTS WERE SO POORLY DESIGNED IT WAS NOT REALLY POSSIBLE TO INSERT A WIRE AND TIGHTEN - SO A SOLDERING JOB - 5 MINS BECAME AN HOUR !!

Unfortunately the manufacturer of the door bell altered the product without notifying us. We have now changed the item description on our website and apologise for the error. I ordered my replacement vintage door lock online and the process was straightforward from product selection through to payment. Confirmation was reassuring and delivery tracked with DHL. Arrived next day and fitted. Brilliant. Will definitely be using Doorfit again.

Struggled to find window handles with 50mm spindle these did a great job with the selection of different sizes. Quick delivery too. I would recommend

After making purchase to the value of what I thought was free delivery, I was then faced with an extortionate figure of £30 for a 2 to 4 day delivery. The main item being urgently required for a medical practise I paid the bill. 7 days later I phoned to be told no items had been dispatched!!!!! Give the compnay their due they refunded the delivery charge, for an individual to then take it upon themselves to change the main lock I tem I was desperate for..... ( in fairness I can see their intentions were well meant ) To conclude, company needs to look at better communications with buyers, and to seriously consider stating clearly their justification for delivery charges. Sorry this has turned into a negative experiance for all concerned......................

My order was processed payment was made , I was expecting them the next day , but the items only got posted after I rang asking where they were after 3 days of waiting , they eventually came after 5 days

Dear Kazi, We feel this is an unfair review. Our webpage makes it clear that only the handles were included in the offer. Latches and hinges come in numerous sizes so it is not possible to provide a pack including those items.
