“Not happy with my purchase. Emailed twice chasing delivery as order was dispatched 6 days ago and no reply to emails. Finally called direct and was told someone would call me back. No call back but I finally received an email explaining my order was sent via royal mail.”

“Ordered photo keyring. Not great quality print. Was debating about ordering one as a gift for a family member but wouldn't be comfortable handing over if it were the same quality as the one I have received”
