Donna Ida has been trading since October 2006 and has grown into a successful retail business with four stand alone stores and

“Have always found it hard to find a pair of jeans to fit my shape, then I was lucky enough that someone put me in touch with Tash from Donna Ida. She came to my house to do a fitting, was a incredible experience, made me feel so comfortable, got me out of my comfort zone to try lots of shapes and sizes, I’m now a proud owner of two pairs of jeans that I live in.”

“Love love love my Donna Ida Tilda jeans. I’ve never had a pair that fit so perfectly in all the right places. The Donna Ida team are just all so lovely, so helpful and advised which Jean would most suit me and I honestly couldn’t of been more chuffed! Thank you so much.”

“I live in Australia and came across Donna Ida many years ago from a Google search trying to find the best jeans brand. I have now been buying ONLY Donna Ida jeans since then about 8 years or more. The service is impeccable from both Donna and the girls with all questions and help attended to (despite the time difference) immediately. My orders arriving within the week packaged beautifully. Any returns or exchanges have been handled with ease. Her styles just keep getting better and better currently obsessed with Kate and Minnie. Can not recommend this fashion house more!”

“Donna herself ill advised me on the size of jeans I purchased from her. She was unwilling to accept her responsibility, but did have the jeans taken in. The tailor did a very poor job with crooked seams and the left inside leg seam strayed towards the front of the jeans. Again, she refused any responsibility. I took my grievance to the Small Claims Court, but she accepted full liability just before we received a court date and reimbursed me for the jeans and the £25 court application fee. Having followed the legal required guidelines, the whole process took almost a year. I love to support independent shops, but I have now returned to the department stores where I have never had a problem and have always received excellent customer service. Sadly, a lesson well learned with Donna Ida.”
