I ordered a Fisher Paykel French door fridge and a CDA Wine fridge. The sales person Rorie was very helpful and offered me a great price compared to other companies and assisted during the whole purchase. I was kept informed of the delivery and despite having a couple of issues with both products, I was very impressed with how Donaghy Bros responded via email and telephone and organised replacements. I am so pleased I chose them and would have no hesitation in recommending them or buying from them again for any future electrical purchase.

His professionalism & genuine customer interest made it all very seamless. Donaghy bros offer very competitive prices , deliver on an excellent service to boot!! Do not buy from them they saying item was delivered but never arrived and they cant even confirm correct delivery time 7.49am or 10.24am

My fridge freezer in my holiday home in donegal this week died. The honest week so far this summer. I rang donaghys and Seamus went out of his way to sort me out with a new one at a great price and arranged for their delivery men to meet me close to the border so I could get it right away Great service I will be back

Found company on internet. Ordered a V10 Dyson on Sunday 24/7. Email received acknowledging my order. Monday 25/7 another email saying order been completed and despatched with DPD. Wednesday 27/7 received message from DPD to say when parcel would be delivered that day. Arrived within time slot. Very pleased with product, wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again, prices very good.

Avoid at all cost, especially if from the south! Brought us damaged Miele washing machine. Driver left by the door without proper handover. Donaghy do not refund/replace it, saying they have an e-signature. We have to go for a chargeback with bank now. A lot of hassle and stress.

Hello Andrei, We are sorry to hear of the issues with the appliance. The courier advised us that the item was delivered to the outside of your property in perfect condition but the images you have provided us show the appliance inside your property with damage. The POD we received from the courier does not mention any damage reported upon delivery. The courier provided us with images showing the appliance in their warehouse with no visible damage, which we have forwarded to you. From this footage, it is evident the machine was dispatched from their ROI hub in perfect condition and secured and delivered on the pallet. From the images and POD our courier has provided, neither we nor they accept that the damage happened whilst in transit to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a return of this item. I came across this company through the internet and they gave by far the best price for the Dyson V10 Absolute I was researching including free delivery. Ordered it on Friday 08.07.22, seamless ordering and confirmation updates throughout and product arrived on Wednesday 13.07.22. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Paid a lot of money for a Rangemaster Elise cooker in November. The hob is not working. When I rang Donaghys the girl was of no help, wasn’t interested. Just gave me a number for the manufacturer. Sitting now with a very expensive cooker not working over the holidays with children to feed as the guy is off for a week. Would not buy here again as no aftercare whatsoever. Very disappointed.

I had not heard of this company and only found it through Google search for a product that this company was doing at the cheapest price. I will use this company again in the future as I have had excellent service.

I have a problem with my new kitchen aid after 3 weeks and the customer service was excellent come to pick my machine up within eight hours and now waiting for my new one to arrive cannot fault the way they they sorted my problem hopefully have my new machine in the next few days thankyou Mrs burns x

Have bought a range cooker and a food processor in separate orders from Donaghy Bros. They are easily contacted with queries by phone and email. They are flexible and prompt with delivery. Free delivery in the Republic of Ireland. Highly recommend.

Excellent value with great savings on other retailers' prices. Excellent communication from them when delivery by third party was held up by covid tested driver unable to deliver on time promised but item arrived soon after. Would definitely recommend.
