“From the time I contacted Donaghy Bros. until the time our brand new Hotpoint dual fuel Cooker was delivered and subsequently fitted and we cooked a wonderful roast dinner, I can say that their service was excellent, the price was very reasonable and delivery was prompt, polite and helpful. Well done. We will certainly be shopping with Donaghy Bros. again.”

“Very pleased throughout the selection & ordering process. The website was easy to use and the base team answered telephone calls promptly and dealt efficiently with the questions asked. Once the order was placed, the tall fridge-freezer was soon on its way to England with ArrowXL transport. The delivery took about a week from its arrival at the Worcester depot & two men delivered the item carefully into our kitchen with ample warning of the delivery time and took away the packing materials.”

“Due to the level of knowledge received from the Sales Team and the lack of hard sell before purchase decided to complete order with Donaghy Bros. Unfortunately after purchase, the item had a long delivery date but again this was not an issue as they allowed me to cancel without the usual 'fight' expected from large companies. It was a pleasure doing business with Donaghy and would certainly use again.”

“Poor customer service & delivery time was a lot longer than they stated,it would be. The delivery company they use were rude & unprofessional & let them down yet they were not willing to hear the feedback I wanted to give to them about Arrow ! The ONLY professional member of the team I dealt with out of 3 people was a lady called Laura, she went above & beyond to do what she could to rectify the problem. I will never use this company again”

“Vacuum cleaner delivered in expected good/ short time. Well packed, no damage! Price from Donaghy competitive, compared to other sellers at the time. A very good Vacuum! Practical and stylish, although I suggest that in future Dyson should think of how they may reconfigure the machine, so that its dust collecting chamber lies nearer to the floor. This way the weight of the v/cleaner would be absorbed by the floor and not by the handler's arms. Just an idea, if doable!”
