Would not recommend this company at all. I'm not sure why Beko use them as a repair company either. I bought a washing machine that didn't wash the clothes from the get go. The first engineer claimed that yes the machine was faulty and that I'd get an uplift number. Called up to replace my machine and get the uplift number. Nope, he put down there was nothing wrong with my machine so I had to log a complaint with Currys. The next guy from Domex walked through my door and it was pretty clear he was going to back his colleague. He said one hair clip and a tiny plastic in the filter was causing the issue and it would have happened on the first wash. That these items were very stuck in the filter and couldn't move with the water flow. When it was put to him that there was nothing there when the last engineer visited and that can't be the issue he started stammering and lying and changing his words to cover himself. They employ a bunch of people who are not trust worthy and he wanted money off me. Truly disgusted with this company. So much so I would never allow their engineers through my door again. Now I'm stuck with a machine that doesn't work. Because this company wanted to make a quick buck off other companies customers.

It was easy to schedule a service and we didn’t need to wait long for an engineer to come. We were even offered an earlier slot view text with an easy way to reply if we wanted it or not. The engineer Vadim attended as scheduled, called ahead of time to announce his arrival and was extremely polite and professional. Most of all, he fixed our drier very quickly. Thank you, Vadim!

Mine was a tricky integrated cooker hood problem which the Domex engineer defeated against all the odds, in quick time & at a very fair price. Website & booking system so easy to use too. Highly recommended.

My Beko dishwasher stopped working halfway through a program, the engineer that came to repair was a true professional, after a couple a question he opened the dishwasher and diagnosed the problem within minutes. unfortunately he didn't the part in his van but Domex had it sorted and my dishwasher was repaired on the third day after the initial visit.

Engineer was very helpful and polite. Diagnosed and explained the problem and fixed the washer. Arrived in the time slot and rang beforehand. I like the fact you knew the time slot the day before then on the day you are provided with who the engineer is and vehicle and can track for an approximate time. Problem fixed promptly, thanks.

Engineer arrived in the agreed timeslot. Had a pleasant attitude. Took care in premises not to cause any unnecessary damage. Quickly diagnosed fault and rectified with minimum fuss. Machine is now running quieter than when it was brand new. Very pleased with overall service.

Very impressed with their service. They came in time and well before the time. The engineer was very pleasant. Did an excellent job fixing my washing machine, put in a new drum and panel as was still under guarantee. I think the engineer should get a rise and/or should be elevated in his job. Good workers like that are rare and should be shown appreciation by the company.

I would recommend Domex. Always keep you informed with repairs and appointments. Engineer Salvatore was very polite and explained what I needed to know, also cleaned and tidied up after finishing the job. Exceeded our expectations, thank you Salvatore.

Dishwasher flooded the kitchen. Domex booked 6 appointments over the next few weeks including 4 days when the visit was cancelled on the day because 'the new replacement parts are broken'. Eventually, six weeks later, they tell me they are unable to mend it. The worst service experience I've ever received and would give zero stars if that was an option.

Thank you for getting in touch with us so we can identify your repair. We are sorry that your repair took as long as it did to get to the conclusion. We attended firstly and parts were needed. When we returned to fit the parts one of the parts was damaged which had to be re-ordered. As inconvenient as it is it does happen. When we re-attended to fit the parts again. Once we ran a test, we realised that the appliance cabinet was faulty. This meant that the appliance was beyond repair. We can understand why you are unhappy. Ideally, this could have been better if we were able to establish this on the first visit when especially it was going to run over the Christmas period. However, it's not always possible to establish the outcome until parts like the PCB are in situ. Once again I am sorry that you had this experience. Unfortunately, due to circumstances around your repair, this was beyond our control. Kind regards Domex Customer Care Team
