“A Domex engineer called Sid visited to carry out a repair, he was one of the politest engineers I have ever met. He knew exactly what he was doing, pinpointed the fault immediately and repaired within minutes-brilliant job. Highly recommend If I could give six stars I would”

“Akhil came to replace on my Blomberg washing machine, job Ref: 22410789, the heater and also pointed out, that I was not unaware of, the rubber seal of my washing machine door which looked very worn. Akhil explained to me in detail on how to take care of my Blomberg washing machine and advised what limescale products remover to use, which I purchased from him. Before going to his next appointment, Akhil put the limescale remover tablet inside my washing machine and he made sure that I understood fully on how to take care of my washing machine. I got an excellent 5 star service from Akhil and he is a brilliant and conscientious engineer.”

“Very speedy and efficient customer service. The whole process was very easy in order to get our washing machine fixed. I would go as far as saying that other similar companies should take a look at how Domex do things! A thank you to your engineer Attila for getting repair done! “Kosta V25 Kosta did a very good repair on our Grundig fridge/freezer..it was a tricky job but he worked very hard to fit a new compressor..it is working now..very pleased with this repair..he is friendly polite & very hard working..many thanks for five star service.”

“I feel totally satisfied with the whole process of the repair to our tumble dryer. I feel that the cost was very reasonable with 2 visits involved to diagnose then return to fit a new part and the repair work was carried out professionally and efficiently.I like the way in which the company keep you informed about each stage of the repair. I will be using this company again and fully recommend Domex Appliance Services.”

“Absolutely amazing service from the man I spoke to on the phone. He was so helpful and kind and got things sorted for me as I have disabled children and my fridge/freezer was not working properly. And the care and communication was amazing nothing to much trouble. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you domex”

“My fridge freezer wasn't working properly so I booked Domex for a repair. The engineer came out within a couple of days and identified the issues, I then received a quote for the repair. The next available appointment for the fix was over a week away which was disappointing, but the fix was completed and the fridge freezer is now working perfectly. Would recommend.”

“Josh and Vas attended to have a look at my Beko dishwasher. They were very knowledgeable and patient with my 101 questions. Kindly refilled the salt reservoir for me and when I asked how to clean the filter, they were kind enough to show me despite the fact they were just about to leave. Friendly and professional. Company also allowed me to rebook on the day quickly and easily online when my son fell ill.”
