The Professionalism of the Customer Service ensured that an engineer was dispatched in 72 hours. The expertise, knowledge and feedback from the engineer ensured a level of trust and enabled us to make an informed decision about our washing machine. The price for this call-out was reasonable and the service note gave a written report and information on tracking the repair. I can highly recommend this company and will have no hesitation in using them again.

Excellent service from first point of contact with customer service to engineer visit. Polite, punctual and efficient at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company. My engineer (Costas) was simply fantastic.

Job reference 23310638 Engineer FLORIN 5 stars so happy. Put on blue socks over his boots entering my flat. Since having my washing machine never been told or shown about doing a clean on it. So learnt somthing new every day. Showed me as well.

Job ref:23300301 Date: 2/8/23 Engineer: Matt Previously had other engineers from another company handle my warranty with my washing machine, making the issue worse each time. Won’t go too far into it but it was a nightmare. Had Matt come today and repair my machine. He not only fixed the issue but isolated and repaired the cause of the problem not just the resulting issue. He also went on to rectify all of the other problems caused by the previous engineers, top bloke, very professional with the knowledge to back it up. A+++

Job reference 23311888 Engineer Owais Our cooker went 'bang' on Friday night! Phoned the insurance plan on Saturday morning. Monday the Engineer came out and replaced the element! Brilliant service. Engineer, polite, quick and kept us updated on his arrival. Great service thank you

Right from the customer service to service engineer Domex team handled in a very professional way . Allocation of service engineer and their visit to my house was pre planned and was notified to us in a professional and process oriented manner .

A Domex technician came to fix my fridge. Adjusted the legs and changed the seal. The fridge does not close properly now.Domex are saying it is fine. The technician damaged 3 tiles and blamed the way the tiles have been installed. The kitchen tiles were laid by a professional recently. The technician also damaged my integrated dish washer door. He was careless with his tools and dropped his tools many times. He also took over the kitchen and put his dirty tools next to food item. The technician was in a hurry he was lifting the fridge and said I do not need to empty. The fridge was lifted and dropped many times to the floor. They have admitted some of the damage but are taking no responsibility. Another excuse they have used is that the fright is in a tight corner and rocks when opened. It rocks because 2 tiles have been cracked. When the supervisor attended after I complained h said the same thing. The supervisor moved the fridge and adjusted the legs and he did not cause any damaged. I also explained that opposite the fridge is a washing machine again in a tight space and rocks a lot but no tiles have cracked. I will now need to take Domex to court as no offer or solution has been offered. The technician also told me not to raise a complaint and that he will try and fix the damaged. He even gave his personal phone number. This was not investigated when I complained. He also said he is honest and a a Christian implying that I am dishonest as I am not white or Christian. I will be documenting this on social media. Disappointed with the service

Incredible service across the board! From the appointment booking to confirming a date and time to the actual repair, Domex was impressive. Ivo, my repairman was extremely friendly, efficient and informative...in and out in just about an hour. Highly recommend!

Fantastic job by Domex. Had an engineer come for a Tumble Dryer repair - kept me up to date with the visit time via text messages. He was very polite and got to work quickly and fixed the issue with the drain system within minutes. Would recommend for any appliance.

Everything about our experience with Domex was very professional and focussed on the customer. Following contact with Beko regarding the concerns we had with our new Fridge/Freezer they arranged for a Domex repair/service technician to attend our house. Initially the date offered was whilst we were due to be on holiday. However, helpfully they subsequently changed that to the weekend before we were due to go. Domex kept us appraised of their time of arrival by text and their engineer Victor arrived when they said he would. Victor was extremely personable and efficient. He checked the temperature of the various areas of our fridge/freezer and found that the doors which had been taken off by the delivery drivers from Currys had not been fitted back correctly. This was causing the fridge light to stay on and the internal circulation fan to fail to engage. Our food was getting too cold in the fridge area. Victor was very thorough in checking all aspects of the fridge's operation and explaining exactly what he was doing and the impact of his actions. One couldn't wish for better advice and service. I recommend Domex with absolute confidence.

Mark fixed my Hoover washing machine 9/6/23. he was professional, efficient and friendly. He was very knowledgeable, and gave handy hints on how to maintain my machine's health.
