I would recommend Domex. Always keep you informed with repairs and appointments. Engineer Salvatore was very polite and explained what I needed to know, also cleaned and tidied up after finishing the job. Exceeded our expectations, thank you Salvatore.

Dishwasher flooded the kitchen. Domex booked 6 appointments over the next few weeks including 4 days when the visit was cancelled on the day because 'the new replacement parts are broken'. Eventually, six weeks later, they tell me they are unable to mend it. The worst service experience I've ever received and would give zero stars if that was an option.

Thank you for getting in touch with us so we can identify your repair. We are sorry that your repair took as long as it did to get to the conclusion. We attended firstly and parts were needed. When we returned to fit the parts one of the parts was damaged which had to be re-ordered. As inconvenient as it is it does happen. When we re-attended to fit the parts again. Once we ran a test, we realised that the appliance cabinet was faulty. This meant that the appliance was beyond repair. We can understand why you are unhappy. Ideally, this could have been better if we were able to establish this on the first visit when especially it was going to run over the Christmas period. However, it's not always possible to establish the outcome until parts like the PCB are in situ. Once again I am sorry that you had this experience. Unfortunately, due to circumstances around your repair, this was beyond our control. Kind regards Domex Customer Care Team

Domex offers a way to track, cancel and rebook your service through an easy to use portal. All communication I received was relevant and clear (which is great because I hate being inundated with useless texts). The customer service I received from engineer Matthew was top. He explained exactly what was wrong with my washing machine, and explained next steps and time scales. I even got my repair visit moved up a bit earlier!

Recommended by Miele as service agent for their appliances, Domex delivered first class service with helpful SMS and email updates to ensure that the engineer visit was without a hitch. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional engineer fixed our freezer at a fraction of the cost of replacement. Very satisfied and will undoubtedly use them again.

Amazing customer service. So easy to book the appointment. Engineer (Adam) arrived on time and was polite, friendly and helpful. Repair was made within 30 minutes.

Akhil visited my house to repair my washing machine. He covered his shoes when entering my home was very polite and courteous. He repaired my machine and told me exactly what he had done to repair the machine. I am very happy with the service he provided

Vlad, a very nice, polite,helpful & knowledgeable man came to fix my top oven,not only did I get a text the day before to say he could come one day earlier than booked,but called me prior to my visit to say he would be here in 10 minutes & on chatting found he lived close to me. He knew his job was clean efficient & very friendly.Never had your company before So well done Domex, Vlad is an asset to your company & I would welcome him in my home if any repairs are ever needed again.

I really did get a great deal on my machine especially with this cost of living every penny that you can save here and there makes sure a huge difference when you have a big family. Delivery was on point. Very happy customer definitely recommend.

Extremely skilled engineer (Nas) who has an encyclopaedic knowledge of appliances (has mended washing machines and fridge/freezer for me over many years before this oven) and was able to quickly discover what is wrong and how to put it right at a fair price so machine can keep working. Brilliant guy.

My washing machine died & we were in a desperate situation! The engineer who came to repair it was absolutely fantastic and I would not hesitate to have him back for any future repairs. Really pleased with the engineer that was allocated, he was so knowledgeable and efficient.

They tried to charge £80 call out and £70 diagnostics- to change a cooker good lightbulb. Total rip off.

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service. I can see that you requested a quotation for a repair as you had a bulb that was stuck. Our charges - diagnostic and labour are explained at the time of the booking - the diagnostic is always payable as we diagnose an appliance and our engineer will perform a safety electric test on your appliance. I can see following the quotation given you decided not to proceed with an engineers visit. Getting your kitchen appliance fixed can be difficult, time-consuming and very expensive. We found Domex simple, straightforward, fast and fair. We'll definitely use them again the next time something goes wrong. Recommended.
