“Lyndsey cold not have been more helpful. She was always available to assist me, always responded quickly and passed on all documents etc to the mortgage company straight away and was generally excellent. She made the whole process very easy and I am extremely happy with the service she provided.”

“We found KIS finance online after a sudden crisis in previously arranged mortgage at the last moment. Lyndsey was our advisor. Herself and all her colleagues were very courteous, always available and proactive. Lyndsey understood issues completely, went what I would say beyond the usual in her efforts to get us a new mortgage within a very short period and made umpteen plus many more calls to everyone involved to sort everything in time. I can say, without her hard work, we wouldn't have been able to buy our new home. We thank her and the team for their help in our home buying process.”

“After approaching our bank and being rejected for a mortgage, we decided to work with Dolphin Loans. Dealing with Gerry was very easy because he is straight to the point and very clear with his explanations which was reassuring to us. We had some unforeseen complications with our mortgage which were dealt with quickly and professionally reducing the anxiety around arranging the mortgage. A great all round service from Dolphin Loans”

“I contacted Lyndsey as the fixed rate on my mortgage had ended, I found her to be professional and approachable during the whole process. In the end, the best advice was to remain with my current lender and she helped me with the paperwork. I would definitely use her for my mortgage next time round.”
