Not professional at all!! They have blocked me, refused to serve me as a customer (although good riddance as I don't want to buy from them again), threatened to cyberbully me by spreading my emails I sent them all over social media and in their group due to calling them out- this goes against data protection law. They DO NOT accept criticism and only want customers singing songs of praise for them. They forget that they wouldn't be where they are without their customers. I had previously recommended them to all my friends and family and since I have told them about the most recent incident- including exactly what I had written in my email to them too, they are all saying how utterly unprofessional they are. Their response to me was nothing short of deranged. Deplorable customer service! Avoid at ALL COSTS!!

Do not buy from them! If something is out of stock they just cancel it and send the rest of order instead of consulting you! As soon as the notification came through I emailed asking to cancel, an automated email came through saying it could be 48hrs before they respond which is fine…that time came and went with no response so I email again to no avail. I also tried them on their active social media, I was still ignored! When their rep Laura responded, the email felt as if I was being told off for email multiple times and she offered no solution. I responded and ‘waited for a response without emailing again’ and have been ignored ever since. Overall, customer service at this company is terrible. Don’t expect any help or for them to value you as a paying customer.

I would not recommend this shop to any mom who is expecting baby clothes size to fit the baby. I’ve ordered so many items for the ceremony and upcoming summer for 3-6months old, whereas my baby girls is 2 months now. So neither of the romper was fit!!! And shop's representatives did not even want admit it (even though I have sent them pictures my daughter trying to wear dresses), or to exchange any of it. I was willing to buy even more but the right size. They have completely ignored the matter which is absolutely insane. It’s a shame I loved the brand when I saw it; now I need to give everything away since none of the rompers are of use, unfortunately. So moms - be very careful with them! Or just buy items of 6-9 months old for your 2-3 months old child, then they will be fit.

Very poor customer service. Ignored and blocked off social media for calling them out. Instead of dealing with issues they just hide behind the screen and block or delete comments. Such a shame as beautiful clothes but customer service is really letting them down!

Do NOT order the jelly shoes from here.. the sizing is completely inaccurate. The sizing guide states my daughter should have a size 7. But my daughter is usually a 7.5, so I opted to size up for an 8, so there would be a little room. Well on receipt of these jellies, the size 8s were even too small!! The jelly shoe stated EU24, and a quick Google reveals that eu24 is a UK size 7 (and a US size 8), so not only do they have their sizing guide table WRONG, they also have labelled up their jelly’s wrong. On contacting them to make them aware of this I was told that their ‘sizing is their own as stated on the size chart. Well the size chart is also wrong. Had they have been apologetic and offered me a free return, then I would have happily accepted this and would have shopped with them again. What’s more is that they are removing comments and blocking people (including me) off their Facebook site from people also stating the same. This is disgusting as they are literally stealing from people. They either need to update their sizing guide to show the actual true sizes, or warn customers to size up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, as they are clearly unprofessional, stealing, crooks.

Almost none of their items are the correct size. Everything is either far too big or far too small, and they don’t offer refunds. Some items don’t even have a size written in the label, so you don’t know if you’ve been sent the wrong size or just fallen victim to their pathetic attempts at sizing items. The customer service is terrible. They block people and don’t publish comments on their Facebook page from anyone who isn’t singing their praises. At times, they’ve been quite rude to customers and seem to forget that we are the reason they have a successful business. I’ll be taking my money to other small businesses who appreciate my custom, and I’m sure many will follow suit when they realise that some cheap rompers that don’t fit aren’t worth the hassle.

Well where do I start, I placed an order on March 2nd for a few outfits and they NEVER arrived, when I mailed their instagram page dollywearx they seemed very helpful, kept telling me my order had been shipped and that they were chasing it up but was getting nowhere with the Royal Mail. After 30 days I knew I was getting nowhere with dollywear so I requested a refund or for the items to be reposted to me, again they were very fast in replying to my message, I was told that I would get a full refund and that it would take 14 days so I waited patiently on the 14 days when I went over my bank statements there was still no refund, I then went back onto my Instagram to message dollywear for an update on the refund to my surprise they had blocked me so I could not message them. So basically be careful if buying of this site they con people out of their hard earned money!!
