“What a delight to find a product that actual does what it promises! We bought one for our Deerhound who occasionally got over excited when seeing other dogs. Having a 45kg dog suddenly try & take off with you in tow is no joke! With the Dogmatic head collar he just walks perfectly to heel without risk of one of us being pulled over. I used the table on their website to work out the correct size & it arrived in a couple of days. It was worth every penny & I am so happy to have found out about them.”
“Awful collar, measured puppy as shown on website, when collar arrived we took our reactive puppy for a walk we had only been out a few minutes when we saw other dogs to which she reacted and the head collar flew off !!!! Luckily I was quick enough to grab her collar other wise the out come would have been very different ! Sent collar back as NO answers to message for help only to get the collar returned to me . Abysmal customer service. Complete waste of money !!”
“I bought a couple of head collars from Dogmatic. One fits fine but the head collar for my Cocker Spaniel is Badley sized. Bought a size 3 which nearly fitted, returned that and went down a size only to find out the the neck strap was even longer. Phoned several times because Customer Service took days to reply and when I did speak to someone they said it was nothing to do with them and that the only way was through email. I’ve sent them photos and when I sent the first one back gave them measurements of neck and muzzel. Well nearly 2 weeks later and I still haven’t got any where. Also my head collar had been used. Such a shame as the head collar it’s self was really well made and we’ve bought from them before many years ago. When Customer Service reply they can’t even put their name. So unprofessional.”
“The dogmatic has made my life a lot easier with my rottweiler Nancy, before having your dog collar it was getting to the point I couldn't walk her due to the pulling.
the dogmatic is the best you could buy. the staff are very helpful, unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and it was sent back to me return of post (brilliant!)”
“I have had dogmatic head collars before and cannot fault the product. However the customer service this time has been very poor. I ordered (and payment was taken) on 1 November and I was told 3-5 working days for delivery. Hadn’t received by 8 November so chased it and was told they would get back to me. They didn’t so I chased again. Was told to expect it today 10 November. Royal Mail tracking shows that it was actually sent out on 8th - a full week after I ordered. And coincidentally the day I chased it! I am still without the harness, am now told by Royal Mail to expect it tomorrow 11th. If the harness was not such a good product I would be cancelling. So just beware don’t order if you need to get it quickly!”
“I can't fault the customer service of Dogmatic. We purchased one of their head collars for our German Shepherd Dog Rescue, but he managed to snap it. Dogmatic arranged for replacement through our local pet shop the next day! Brilliant service. And it does what it says for control of a dog.”
“I read so many great reviews on their dog collars I decided they were just what we needed for our 2 spaniels who are very strong and like to pull us off our feet! They do the collars and leads in lots of lovely colours and I bought them in red/silver and a blue/silver. The ordering process was very easy. Although the collars are quite pricy I was pleased to see that I only had to pay the p&p for one. So I saved £6 by buying both my collars together.”
