“Prompt delivery however having sent me the blue kong which I’d requested they then sent me a pink puppy line in same parcel. Shame someone didn’t make the connection it was for a male dog.”

“The metal is thin enough for the edges to have bent in a short space of time on collar, unfortunately we have nearly lost it on walks on more than one occasion.”

“I recently bought a dog bed and thought I would buy the luxury version, having recently bought the ordinary version. They are both described as 40" but the luxury version is much smaller because of the padding. Whilst it is a lovely bedit is rather small. Unfortunately my daughter had unwrapped it and taken the labels off it so I knew I could not send it back. I telephoned Doggie Solutions to say that they should draw people's attention to the difference in size and was told that someone would contact me. This has not happened. So although the beds are very nice this was a little disappointing.,”

“I have no reason to question the quality of the products and the service of this company. In fact, they dealt with my purchase very efficiently and responsively. Unfortunately this involved the issuing of a refund and this is when things unravelled. I had to call/email 2 times over a 14-day period before this happened. This process resulted in my receiving a couple of officious emails from one named individual to the effect that the finance department was closed for a week. Couple with the fact that it seems impossible to come off their mailing list despite unsubscribing twice, my conclusion is that there are sufficient signs that the company is not one that I would wish to trade with again.”

“Do not go together as good as a lot of folding crates needed two people to put together could not put the 1st one together, would not recommend getting the small one door, got it just for taking to training but have to leave it up as not sure I could put it together by myself”

“The Buster dog bed is not as good as the last 2 I have bought. There is not much memory foam as my last 2. Very dissatisfied . It’s not so supportive for my elderly dog! Rita Ashe”

“A medium size is far to small for a Springer Spaniel. I had the opportunity of trying a larger size (exactly the same product) which didn't work as my dog could still reach his wound. Traditional cone buster callar far more effective. Generally I think the product woud be good for dogs which shorter noses.”

“Although we have had this danish design product before, on this occasion our GSP ripped through the outer cover and the inner cover on the first night he slept on it in his crate. If it was possible, a stronger inner cover, might limit the damage caused, as it is we've had to discard the dog bed.”

“This is the 2nd heavy duty cage I’ve bought in the last 3 weeks I bought it on the strength of how good the build quality was on the first dog cage but was disappointed with this one Bent bowed and twisted am using cable ties to give it strength Should have sent it back but needed it so have to improvise”
