“Sent a muzzle back that was too small after they said I could. Sent it back tracked but lost the receipt, but I highly doubt they did not receive it. No refund. Would not use again. The coat I ordered was covered in marks too.”

“Completely incompetent, couldn't care less about the customer. No telephone number, so need to communicate by email. Ordered an expensive product for next day delivery and indicated time of the essence. One day delivery confirmed. A day later told product not available and offered a different one, but before I could discuss differences, my order cancelled! Wasted a precious day. Will never shop here again. Don't trust this company and read past reviews on Trustpilot .”

“Bought my dog her first one of these tug balls in a shop. She really enjoyed playing with it. As she is an aggressive chewers,I found this an excellent toy for her. I went on Doggie Solutions to order another 2 as I wanted to stock up. I found her previous ball lasted about 6 months, so you can see just how strong they are! Price was very good too.”
