After purchasing Karndean tiles for my conservatory I was very disappointed to find that after 17 months they had started to lift. When at first I contacted Helen with my problem she appeared to be very helpful. She asked me a few question regarding the subfloor that had been used. My fitter followed Karndean's instruction to the letter using the high temperature adhesive, Plywood, membrane, moisture inspection etc., I have now been informed that my case has been closed and was told to contact Karndean direct but was advised that it would be doubtful that they would listen to me as I didn't have an account with them! My last email to Helen has been completely ignored. After reading the glowing reviews regarding customer service I have to assume that at best there has been a misunderstanding regarding my answers to the subfloor questions. I need contructive advice as to what to do next. These tiles are not a cheap option and I would have thought that it would just be polite to send an inspector to check for themselves what went wrong with my batch of tiles.
