“This company is a complete nightmare, my sister who has terminal cancer purchased through them a thermostat that was defective their technician's didn't properly examine the situation thereby allowing extremely ill woman to freeze during one of the coldest months of the year. I tried to call them about the situation they were belligerent. I have evidence and proof and I plan I'm taking legal and public action. I advise anyone to stay away from this company”
